Easter and More April Fun

Just after celebrating Jackson's 5th birthday we celebrated Easter! Both Jackson and Kennedy's school had egg hunts. Also this year, our neighborhood organized an Easter afternoon for the kiddos with an egg hunt and relay games. The kids had a great time at all their events.

As usual we were running late for church and didn't get a 'before' picture. This was taken after church when we got back home and Morgan was not happy and Kennedy had busted both knees pretty badly and was also not happy! Ha!

April also brought swimming lessons and T-ball into our lives!

April - Jackson's 5th Birthday!

My favorite little boy turned 5 on April 3rd! Jackson and his best friend and neighbor, Danny, celebrated together by having a birthday party at Kangaroo Sams.

Then Jackson celebrated again at school on his actual birthday with a Dinosaur party and Easter egg hunt.

Can't believe our big boy is already 5 years old! We registered him for Kindergarten and he is so excited because he gets to ride the school bus next year! He is getting to be such a big boy, literally! He measured 46.5" tall (97%) and 42.6 pounds (52%) at his appointment.

Morgan's Birth

Though Morgan is already 6 weeks old, I thought I would catch the world up on her arrival into our family through pictures. Morgan was born January 20 and weighed 8lbs. 15oz. and 20 inches.

Thanks to the fabulous anesthesiologist, this was the best C-section ever!

Time to go home and meet Jackson and Kennedy. The hospital wouldn't let any children under 12 in to the hospital due to the flu outbreak, so the kids had to wait a few days to meet their new sister.

Morgan has seriously been such a great baby. She is always pleasant and a great cuddler! Jackson wants to love on her all the time while Kennedy takes a more hands off approach. Morgan is growing like a weed and is already in 3-6 month clothes. She does fairly well during the night too.
